Made to Order Products

All products available on SAEN Lifestyles are produced specifically after an order is placed. This allows us to maintain intentional production, reduce waste, and focus on quality rather than mass manufacturing.

Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
1. Change of Mind
2.Incorrect Size selection.
3. Personal Preference.
4. Accidental Purchase.
5. Color Expectations due to screen/device difference.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing information, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Damage, Defective and Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what was ordered, we are here to help.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include:

2. Clear Photos Showing the issue.
3. A Short Explanation of the problem.

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:
1. A Replacement Item.
2. A corrected re-shipment.
3. A refund where applicable.

Requests submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may require additional review.

Exchange Policy

As our products are custom-made for each order, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for sizing, fit preferences, or style preferences.

If you are uncertain about sizing, we recommend checking our sizing guide before completing your order.

Our goal is to ensure that every purchase feels intentional and well-informed.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because production timelines move quickly, order modifications or cancellations may only be possible within a short period after purchase.

While we will always try our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with our fulfillment partners.

Please note:

SAEN Lifestyles is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
1. Incorrect Shipping Address entered during checkout.
2. Incomplete address information.
3. Failed delivery attempts due to customer inavailability

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Return-To-Origin (RTO) Orders

In cases where an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

If reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
